Our staff was trained and qualified by our NCA and TestAmerica corporate quality management staff both here and in the USA. Our Manila laboratory adheres to the same Standard Operating Procedures which are which are implemented in TestAmerica's US-based laboratories, while at the same time ensuring complicance with Philippines DENR regulatory requirements.
Thus, our analytical data are guaranteed to comply with the strictest international standards. Our quality system is verified through daily review and monitoring of reports, quarterly internal audit and semi-annual audit by TestAmerica's corporate Regional Director. If required, clients may visit and confirm adherence through their own audit. We provide these quality management systems while at the same time consistently meeting turnaround times.
