NCALABS Phils., Inc. believes in total response to our clients’ requirements.; We provide technical resources in assisting with planning for environmental monitoring projects, and can consult with our clients at their location regarding report interpretation and also with sample collection, documentation and preservation procedures.  Further, for more sophisticated analyses, we can draw upon the resources of our US-based laboratories to provide a total solution for all our clients’ analytical requirements.

Data Management 
 
Through the use of our modern laboratory information management system (LIMS), reports can be emailed to you in Microsoft Excel (.xls) or Adobe Portable Document (.pdf) format, immediately upon completion and in-house quality review.  NCALABS Phils., Inc. uses the same sophisticated LIMS System (Element Data System) as do all the laboratories in our international network to meet quality objectives and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance 
 
All our laboratory reports come with a quality control (QC) summary report that verifies the accuracy and precision of your data. This practice provides you with data that are both scientifically and legally defensible. Our Quality Assurance Manual meets the requirements of the United States National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC), the Philippines Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025
